Blogger getting totally revamped

Google claims that 2010 was a great year for Blogger, their free blogging platform, with about half a billion posts published in the year, with more than 400 million active users. And finally, they have decided to revamp the site completely.

There's a video, and a lot more, right after the jump.

Google showed off the new interface and features at SXSW. The screenshots and videos look amazingly promising. Blogger's Product Manager, Chang Kim writes
"The new design is not only cleaner and more modern, but it also uses Google Web Toolkit, delivering the latest in web technology"
The dashboard is getting a completely new look, stats are possibly changing and the post editor looks a lot like Google Docs, which makes perfect sense. A lot more features are on the way for this year, says Google.

See their video for a lot more.

Right Now In Tech is powered by Blogger too, so just wait and you might see huge changes after the updates come our way.
