So it appears that Hulu has tied up with Microsoft as a cross-promotional deal. You use Internet Explorer 9, pin Hulu Plus to your Taskbar using the Pin Sites feature and enjoy a month of all the Hulu Plus feature, which will appear on the Jump List in Windows 7. The standard trial lasts just a week.
If you don't know, Hulu is a TV and film streaming service, like Netflix. But most of its content is available only in the US.
