Google wants to increase number of YouTube employees by 30%

Google wants to make 2011 the largest hiring year in the history of YouTube. What's next?
Google is thinking of increasing YouTube employment by about 30% this year. what could be the reason, we don't know yet.

Jeff Ferguson, YouTube HR writes:
